Every Maison by Ola tablet is shaped by hand, cured for forty-eight hours, and inspected before it leaves our atelier. We take genuine pride in the quality of each piece — and we stand behind it.

Because our scented plaster tablets are handcrafted fragrance items with a delicate nature and a limited scent life, we do not offer traditional returns. What we do offer is something we believe matters more: a commitment to making it right. 

If Something Isn't Right

Please unwrap and inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your tablet is cracked, damaged in transit, or anything feels off about what you've received, reach out to us at support@maisonbyola.com and we will replace it — happily and without hesitation.

All we ask is that you contact us within seven days of delivery and share a photo so we can understand what happened. We use every piece of feedback to refine our craft and our packaging.

What We Need From You

A brief note describing the issue, a photo of the affected tablet, and your order number. That's it. We'll take care of the rest.

A Note on the Nature of Our Products

Our tablets are handmade, and that means each one carries the subtle variations that distinguish a crafted object from a manufactured one — slight differences in texture, shade, or form. These are not flaws. They are the quiet signature of something made by hand. 

Fragrance intensity may also vary naturally over the life of a tablet. This is the nature of plaster-based diffusion, and it is by design.
